Cliffsend residents suffered a surprise this morning to find that their cherished Viking Long Boat had been moved overnight to Clifftonville.THis is just the latest in a long line of Ramsgate facilities being relocated to boost the regeneration efforts in Magate. It follows the beer festival, the taxi run and IOTA.

Anon, 08.48, you are offensive. And the sad "irony" is that many people would believe such behaviour of the current Tory administration. So humour well targeted Councillor Green.
Given that a lot of work (without de-weeding the surrounding area of this now historic ship) in the last week one could have believed this post.
Poster 08:48 should really get out more and look around this ship and take a good look at the information board (or what's left of it)if anyone is in trouble its TDC with its desuetude programme of maintenance.
